I just ran ClearTemp to remove the files that I don't need on my phone (dead shortcuts, dead SIPs, Internet cache, etc). When I ran the program it asked for confirmation of the following:
'Remove unused registry key associated with "RvBCrS HTC Streaming Media"?'
It asks this question for a few other programs as well. The problem is that all of these programs are currently installed on my phone. I don't want to remove something that I may need in order to run the program properly. Why/How would a program have an unused registry key, anyway?

Could be from an older version that is no longer in use....
If you can backup those entries (export them to text), then just delete them, and re-import them if something goes wacky. SKtools can do all that for you, but I dunno know if ClearTemp does.
Or you can just leave 'em... registry entries are just text (minimal space usage), and I would remove them only if, for example, you were trying to totally remove something from your device due to a problem, and you were trying to ensure a clean re-install. That is.. I remove them when I can, but don't sweat it if I'm not sure I should.

Yes, I found out the hard way with Clean Temp and removed the "unused" registry keys". I had to reintall they program- seemed like the easiest way in this case- no data to lose. I just leave that box unchecked now. Outside of that, Clean Temp is great for getting rid of junk and freeing up memory.

Thanks to all for your comments/suggestions. I think that I will uncheck that option in Clear Temp, so that I don't make any unwanted changes to my phone. I finally got it working efficiently, so I don't want to tamper with it (too much
).
