Podcasting (Podcatcher) application for Nokia Surge?

Anyone out there know of a podcasting (client that is; a "podcatcher") application compatible with the Nokia Surge? I can't get Nokia's Podcasting (proper name) application to work, and there doesn't seem to be any alternatives (the only one I found is still available for $6, but doesn't have a current certificate to install the trail and doesn't work very well).

Before you look for another application, here is a link to a tutotial for Nokia's Podcasting application:

If after this you still want a different program, look for ones that are for Symbian 60 3rd edition (Google "S60 3rd podcasting" ).

From most of what I found in searching, most Nokia users are content with the Nokia one, but I found two others:  spodtronic (also does internet radio) and Scheherazade (also plays audiobooks).

Sorry if I didn't make it clear -- I didn't start out looking for another app; Podcasting simply doesn't run. It installs without issue, but doesn't load at all when I "click" on it.

Has anyone else been able to get it working on the 6790 Surge?

No, it will not work. It is most likely somehow blocked by ATT as a way to get more people to use their services which require a monthly subscription. It also does not work on the E71x.

Thanks; I was thinking the same thing.

I found that there's an alpha version of Escarpod (http://code.google.com/p/bergamot/wiki/Escarpod) for S60 v3FP2 devices, but it's definitely rough around the edges still. I guess I'll have to live with it.
