Hello, I was looking to buy a Nokia Asha 311 and use it with AT&T. Will this phone be considered a feature phone? It has wi-fi so I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged for a data plan.

This phone is *not* a smartphone, since it uses S40 OS (feature-phone platform). It is also not an AT&T phone, so it won't appear on the AT&T list of devices requiring a data plan. In short, you shouldn't be charged for a data plan with this phone.
