Mobile Email Does Not Work On Pantech Ease!

Hello

I just bought this phone yesterday and to my surprise Mobile Email does not work. I can log in but when it asks me to subscribe and I try it returns an error and tells me to contact customer service. I was at the At&t store for 4 hours yesterday with the customer support guys trying to figure out why I'm having this problem. They tested other Pantechs in the store and none of them could use Mobile Email even though the feature is installed and does load. Any answers would be much appreciated.
