LG Vu Message Alerts

I no longer receive message alert ("message received") for email. I do receive message alert for text messages. I chatted with tech support and did a master reset per their instructions, but no change. Now they say I should request a replacement. I have had this telephone less than a year (9 months) and have had no problems until now. Any help would be appreciated

Have you gone into your email settings and checked to see if you have it set for you to be notified? On my previous phone..LG Shine...when I first started using Ymail from it, I was getting email alerts like MAD. I finally had to turn them off but I had to do it from the settings in my email account on my phone.

If that doesn't work for you, and you are within your 1 year warranty period, you can contact warranty at 1-800-801-1101 to request a replacement phone if you believe your phone is defective. They should replace it for you with a refurb, ATT's policy, as long as there is no physical or water damage to it.
