Have you looked at the two buttons on the left hand side of the phone, the first one being to turn the volume up, and the second button to turn the volume down?

To change volume, you must be on a connected call. Press the round "navigate" button on the right to increase or on the left to decrease.

This is a great little phone but it's crippled by the world's WORST EVER cellphone software.
