I have had an awfultime with warranty I know they are doing their jobs but I get a call from them every day to see if a full kit replacement lte device and for almost a month I get a call back from an agent that has no clue what's going on and takes them ten to fifteen minutes to figure out what's going on to tell me that they don't have any in stock and we will call you back and have had the same process for Weeks and I don't know what to do I really like at&t service it's just warranty any one know any thing else I can do to try to get this taken care of

I'm sorry you're having such a problem with your warranty. I'm sure we can get this straightened out.
Will you please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you? Please include any case numbers you've received as part of the warranty process.
