issues with billing

I am trying to contact ATT via an email but can't seem to find one. I am tired of talking to people and my issues not getting resolved with my new plan that I have switched too. Maybe if I write to someone they can make better sense of my current problem. Also I am very displeased with the store that I bought my iphones at. I was given false information concerning the extended warranty and most likely it was just so that the salesman could make a better commission. I don't mind having the warranty because you never know what might happen, but when he added another extra mobile service plan and told me that i couldn't have my warranty without the other one was low on his part. I have unnecessary paid that extra charge for over two years and i finally was told the truth by a rep from ATT.
