I cannot even begin to explain how terrible ATT customer service is....after being on hold for an hours, transferred to 5 or 6 different people and cut off at one point...I am disgusted at ATT Customer Service and I am sorry I ever signed up with them. I have not even had this service a month and I am totally disgussed at the service they provide!
