Why would AT&T, bill me for service that I don't have?

I am paying my monthly bill, (over $70.00 per month),<br>And I have zero bars and no 3G microcell service. I was told customer service would be sending me a new one, over 1 month ago! How come I am being charged for nothing?

If you have a contract, you have to keep paying the monthly amount unless you cancel the contract, or unless AT&T issues credit for the period of time you do not have service.

Isn't that the same thing as steeling from someone that, "isn't looking?"
I think AT&T should take responsibility for there actions, or lack there of....
I'm sure at least one employee could look out for the customer?
Or is it all about the money you can take from someone, before they catch you?

So what have they been telling you for the last month when you have been calling asking for updates?.

The replies I have received thus far are as follows we are working on it, we need to send you a new microcell, we have the wrong longitude and latitude, ("I have hired the USGS to come to my home and provide me the correct longitude and latitude. I have tried to convey this to microcell tech support and they still cannot update my longitude and latitude as requested

After 15 hours and seven minutes I am going to through int the hat! I have tried contacting Microcell tech support for the last time who is now handed me off to BDS and or ASR to input the correct coordinates of course I have to call them tomorrow God help me!!!!

Once again I have been on the phone and computer to activate my 3G microcell to no avail it is now been four hours 57 minutes and I still cannot get my microcell activated is there anybody at AT&T they can fix this problem please help I have been trying now for two solid days
