We Hate AT&T!!! Cancelling Service!!!!!

This compnay and their service is a disgrace to the world! We never used AT&T till a year or so ago, and have had nothig but problems! Over Charging, hundreds of $'s in roaming fees, no service half the time, we have paid our bill religiously every month for the last year plus, and we were 2 days late with the payment in the mail, and they have shut our phones off. AT&T absolutly sucks in my opinion, and we have every intention of cancelling our servce with them, and going back to Verizon! This is the worst experience with a phone company we have ever had. I will never reccommend you people to anyone, but rather warn and educate them of how you really treat people. I can go on and on why AT&T is so bad, but I have a feeling that everybody that uses this service already knows, and has more than likely experienced it themselves. Good Bye AT&T!!!!!!!!!

Sorry you dislike at&t so badly.. I have use at&t for over twenty some years and not a problem yet. I started out with the landline phone. Next I got U-Verse 200, this is the Internet, TV, and Phone.

Internet is highspeed.

Tv programming is great.

Phone can call any where in the USA or Canada toll free.

What more can you ask for.. I have used support a few times, and was helped and my problems corrected on the spot..there support staff are some of the best around..

The price keeps going up, but call at&t sales and work out a better price, they don't want to loose you.so they'll work something out...

Wow how much did you get paid for that plug!! AT&T is ridiculous filled with lies and deceit. And I don't know what customer service you've had but you must live under a rock if you think they are wonderful!!!!!!

Like I said, I have had no problems at all.. I did try Broadstripe (wow) for a week, nothing but a nightmare..Nothing on there site worked. Even the tech. support was the worst I had contact with..
