This is the best place I could find to submit this.
I want to send a thank you to Amanda, for being extremely helpful today in resolving the issue with an order. I had a difficult time getting this resolved with several previous calls to support (4 of them ending in mysterious holds and dropped calls), but she was extremely knowledgeable and took care of everything. She helped me finally get an order processed under a new credit card without any difficulty. She also caught that the data plans were missing from all phones ordered, when I did not realize there might be an issue when they arrived. She also helped me with what to do about the backordered chargers for our Lumia 920s. All in all, I am very thankful she picked up the call today.
Please get this message to her manager. Your customer support would be amazing if they were all as good as this representative.
