AT&T AUTHORIZED RETAILER
2701 BERGEN MALL DRIVE
BERGEN MALL
PARAMUS, NJ 07652
Today I went to this store get an iphone 5 Even though the representative saw me he was sitting at his desk texting someone.. The other guy was helping somebody. I had no choice other than going to the rude guy. I went and asked him to check my eligibility for upgrade. he typed something on this computer and stared texting again on his phone.. Is this hte way to treat customers. He dint cared what am asking and whether am gonna buy or not. Finally i ended walking out of the store thinking instead of buying there i can order online. ATT should maintain good representatives at the store atleast to retain customers. This is their address

Since it's an "authorized retailer," those are not AT&T employees. I've personally always had better experiences at AT&T owned stores.

AT&T does hire and maintain only the best reps, and our customer service standards are the highest in the industry. Unfortunately AT&T has no control over authorized retailers since they're independent businesses, not to say that they're all bad, I don't know, they resell AT&T products but are not working for AT&T. Find a corporate store and I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised.
