Dear Community Leaders,
Since I have no idea who within the ATT community to address this to, I'm sending it your way as I stumbled upon you while canvassing the website.
My experience with ATT has been - A NIGHTMARE.
These are some of the things I've had to deal with:-
*The annoying, unerving voice automated service which does not give me the option I want
* My BlackBerry Torch that I have had to take back THREE times to the service center
* The emails which I sent concerning mobile service which have never been answered
* The CSR who clearly has had no more than a grade school education and oculd not tell me when I would recive the bill for my landline - I could write a book on AT&T!!
I signed up with ATT because it's a service I remembered fondly from my earliest days living in the US. Upon returning ot the US I decided to hook up with ATT again, especially due to its strong international connections. OMG, I am paying such a price for this....
Does anyone in ATT in a position of authority have a clue what is going on in terms of customer service and poor products?
I doubt anyone will respond to this but whatever, I'll send it out anyway....
T Carr

Send a PM to Jam, the ATT Community Manager: http://forums.att.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user
Hopefully she can help you solve some of those problems, good luck. ![]()
