Order status still pending after 3 days

I added a line and placed an order for an Infuse 4G on Saturday.
My cousin placed the same order on Sunday.
However, my order status still says 'Pending' and when I called Premier customer service today, they said a representive would be calling me in 24-48 hours.
My cousin, however, recieved his phone today..
This is seriously frustrating, what gives??

Without being able to look at your account/order, I can't say what is holding it up.
It's possible that your order needed a credit check or there was an issue with your account.
If you don't receive a call within the promised timeframe, please let me know so we can help out.

I just called premier back to check in again and they aren't able to find my order.....
EDIT: Finally got told to call back in 48 hours to see where theyre at on finding my order.
Really? This is seriously frustrating.
