No return calls from escalation office

Have been trying to get a return call from the escalation office. Yes, i filed a complaint. I have left messages with the number to be reached at during business hours on Mon, tues, and today still no return call. They will call my home number during those times however, i'm at work. It automatically goes to voice mail so most likely I will not get to talk to anyone. I do not know where the complaint stands or if it is getting investigated.
And here how it will go down...we tried to call but never received a number to reach the complaining party and since we did not hear from you in the time frame allotted we will have to close our file on your complaint.
I really do not know why it is so hard to get service from a company that has been around for years.....
Has anyone ever had this problem?

For the past 2 months I have been working in the "call back department" and I must say I'm very proud of our work, we will get well over 100 call backs a day sometimes even 200+. Granted we can't make every call (can't call past 9PM your local time) so they sometimes get deferred for the next day.
If you feel enough time has passed and have not been reached you can call back in to talk about it.

Why am I not surprised?
AT&T is notoriously bad for their customer service. I thought I would take the chance anyway, but I still haven't received my phone and I am REALLY REALLY regretting my decision to go with AT&T. First of all, they made it SO HARD to exchange a phone, that by the time they finally figured it out and fixed the (simple!) issue, the phone they promised me is suddenly no longer available, but several reps suggested I upgrade to something more expensive that is way more than I need. I find this, no doubt, egregious.
So I say, "Good luck with that!"

Hi is {Personal Information Removed} still there? She was working on my case but I have not received a call back for over 3 weeks. I have been calling every other day and it goes straight to her voice mail.

i'm also tired of ATT and also regret ever signing up with them. i filed a formal complaint with the BBB about my wireless and uverse only working about half the time. could you imagine if your electric company or gas company service only worked half the time? i wish i had never left t mobile and comcast internet. i did leave a voicemail with someone from escalation management and haven't received a call back. i'm still holding on to the hope that this department doesn't treat their customers as badly as the other customer service departments.
