Hi,
I am the international student, and I don't have the social security number.
If I want to sign a new contract with AT&T, can I provide my friend's social security number and ask my friend to sign the guarantee for me?

You can use A Drivers License, Military ID, Govt Employee ID, passport, or basically anything that you get from the American govt that has a pic of you on it and your full name. but has to be done in a corporate owned ATTM store only.
