I received a message as follows:
AT&T Free Msg: We received your payment by check for 17.06 and have posted to your account ending in 1414 on 2012-10-03.
As far as I know I have not written a check to AT&T, and I believe that is not my account number. My home phone ends in 6449, and my cell phones end in 4578 and 4579.
Please advise. Email reply or alert will be helpful Thanks!

AT&T's return policy has changed effective 10/07/12. You have 14 days to return the device & cxl without a ETF. Policy info HERE.
