Just to add to kfederer's post, here is a link to ATTCustomerCare, if you'd like to send them a Private Message. They work here on this forum during their regular business hours. They are different than the CC reps that you would encounter over the phone and have been helpful in getting issues resolved.
Please include a brief description of the issue you are having, your name, email address, phone number, and the best time to be reached. Please allow up to 48hours for a Representative to contact you. You can expect a reply via return PM between the hours of 7am-10pm CST.
