My kudos go out to "MIKE" at AT&T customer support for this morning's 1 1/2 hour help . . he (we) finally figured out my problem - could not download any apps . . . the phone said I was a child . . . we finally decided my granddaughter must have entered HER birthdate when trying to access free apps, probably when I first acquired the phone - the solution? wipe the phone clean and start over . . . because she wouldn't have remembered the set up she devised . . . so - - KUDOS, GREAT BIG KUDOS, to MIKE . . . THANKS A BUNCH.
