and the service rep did a great job in answer my questions. I am not a fan of ATT the corporation, but the customer service dept has always been helpful to me. Thanks!

I was half afraid to read this thread.
I've never had a problem with any CSR either. With all the negative posts on this forum, it's nice to see something GOOD! ![]()
