I have tried the website and it simply won't let me activate my phone, then I attempt every method possible to "CALL" for support and the phone will not allow me through since I don't have a phone number. So, I guess ATT simply doesn't want to deal with the public any more. I am also frustrated, furious and considering dumping them with my other phone. I have one phone and wanted to add a second one. It's not going to happen at this rate. Service support simply does not exist....not by the internet and not by phone. Where did they go?? Who am I paying money to every month?? I am now shopping for another provider. I refuse to walk into a store and deal with the employees there. That's why I use online. Real people in stores are so rude and demeaning toward the customer that I refuse to go in the door....especially here in the Baton Rouge area. Good-bye ATT. I had only wanted to add a second phone service, but since you make it impossible for me to get through to Customer Service it is not going to happen and I am leaving you completely. I know you will not miss me, for you showed me that you don't want me. Too bad. I had enjoyed my phone service up until now. I don't want to stay anywhere near a place that rejects me.

Don't give up so easily. I understand your frustrated but it's as simple as getting another phone, maybe borrowing a neighbors or finding another phone you can use and calling 1-800-331-0500

I'm sorry you've had such a difficult time. I'd be happy to have someone call you so you don't have to worry about figuring out the automated system when you call in.
