As much time as we spend voicing how much we hate at&t (I personally have no issues with the company at all), is there anything that we love about it? Indeed, it is important to voice your distaste or frustrations with the company so that they can take action or responsibility for their actions; it's important to look at the good that they do as well.
1. Everytime I call up to Customer Care, my issues are ALWAYS resolved. Since I've been with at&t I have never gotten off the phone with my issues unresolved.

I love the fastest Internet speeds on my phone and the fact that it works everywhere for me.

I'll add my 2 cents here..
Although I have to admit that I don't have service everywhere that I go, and a poor signal in my home (I keep my phone set on 2G to accommodate for that ), I will say that I have never had an issue with Customer Care.
I've been a customer since having my first cell phone (the old Cellular One days..about 22 years) and don't have plans to change anytime soon.

I'm happy with the device selection. AT&T also has the fastest data speeds where I live and work.
