Assuming that your contract started on October 27, 2012, you have completed 2 months of service on this contract so your ETF would be $325 - (2 x $10) = $305 today. The ETF starts at $325 and is reduced by $10 for every month of service that you complete. Also, keep in mind that the last bill's monthly service charges are not prorated, so it's best to cancel at the end of your billing cycle (which may not coincide with your contract dates).

Also, keep in mind that the contract end date is not the same as the upgrade date. I gave my answer based on the assumption that the date that you gave was the contract end date.

You have to pay the final phone bill. Once you cancel the contract, you will cancel the service. You will be billed until the end of the billing cycle that includes your cancellation date.

The phone is yours to keep. If you sell it or give it away, pay the ETF first. I'm unsure if AT&T blacklists phones that have any kind of unfulfilled obligations, but I know that some other carriers do.

Yes, the price that you paid for it won't matter. The only time that AT&T will ask for the equipment back is within the 14 days-buyer's remorse period (and any warranty exchanges, but that doesn't apply here).
