When I placed an order online I chatted with a representative and he told me the item was in stock ( Keyboard Dock - Samsung ATIV smart PC) and would ship 2nd day air and I would receive it no later than tues.
I am just checking because I have ordered 2 things previously and had to cancel the order because the items were actually backordered but in the system it said in stock. These orderes never went out of the pending shipment status.
If an Item is instock how long will it take from pending shipment to shipped. Does anyone know? This will help me to know when to call and cancel my order and realize att has failed to deliver for a 3rd and final time for me.
Please help if anyone has this info.
