How Can I Change The Account Name On My Second Line ?

It Is My Wifes iPhone, But It Still Has My Name On It.

Does Anybody Know How I Can Do That ?

the only way is to call custr care for them to chan ge the acct name on your second line

I changed the names on all my additional lines in my family plan through OLAM. It usually takes 24 to 48 hrs before it starts showing up on caller ids

New to GoPhone. The saleperson spelled my name wrong when I bought the SIM card and minutes. That is not something one can change online in one's profile.I need live support.

I tried at least 10 times today. Whatever number I call, I get shunted to the GoPhone menu. From there there is no way to get live help. In the process, I have had to enter my phone number at least twice, sometimes three times, on each call.

I have been using Tracfone. This was to be a test of whether I wanted to switch to AT&T. It costs a little more per minute, but allows my to use any phone I want. Tracfone phones are limited and crippled. However, it is easy to get to live support at Tracfone. Granted their English often is not very good.

Do you know any way to reach a live person in customer care if you have a GoPhone? I need to change the account name but have been totally unsuccessful in getting beyond the GoPhone automated menus.

Hi Russ-Man.. you can do it online via the OLAM on the Profile My Profile>User Information.  From there select the user and update the first and last name.  It may take a few hours to update their systems but that should do it.

Maybe this is just with gophone, but my profile page has my name grayed out. I can change everything but the name.

I'm not sure about this. Is that what you have is a GoPhone? I'd probably suggest calling CC then unless someone else can chime in here.

You should be able to change the name on your wife's phone when you log into your account at www.att.com.

As i can see in here if this line is in your gophone account. you need to call cust care for prepaid and change the caller id on her line.
