Horrible Customer service!

So, recently I had to contact att customer service to make some changes to my account and everything went smoothly until a few weeks later I checked online and the changes didn't show up on my account so I called again only to be told that there was something wrong with the order and they couldn't process it. What? They never bothered to contact me that there was something wrong with the order and still charged me. Anyways, this time they told that they have made the requested changes and I won't get charged for it.
Surprise! Surprise! A month later, not only did I get charged for everything but they messed up everything again. All I wanted to do was to remove some services to reduce my bill and instead I got the biggest bill of my life.
Charges to get services removed? Seriously? All it needs is a click probably.
So, I called again and this time, as it's usual with att, their was echo in line and customer service agent couldn't hear me or perhaps pretended to not hear me as he sounded very rude from the beginning. I can only hope that he fixed it this time.
So, here is a giant phone company that can't fix it's own customer service lines, needs my phone number again and again during customer service call as if they don't have it on their screens, charges to make simple changes to your account, has a dysfunctional website for as far as I can remember and never gets it right the first time.
I know you don't care ATT and I just want you to know what a terrible company you are.
