HELP!Depos it Problem

I paid a deposit of $2000 for a 4 lines family plan on August 2010. And I just heard that I can get my refund back for one year,
therefore, I supposed to reviece my refund on August 2011. However, it's 2012 now, I have not recived all the reposit yet.
What should I do?THX alot !!!

call them would be the best bet, there are situations when your deposit can be held longer - late payments, missed payments, etc

yes.. nobody told me that I can get the deposit back after one year opening the account.
I went to the local office and asked what happened, The person said the deposit was sended on July,2011. However, I didn't receive, and they did not want to send them again.
