Great service during my upgrade

I've had my "contract" service since 2009 and a Go Phone for at least 3 years prior to that. I have always had outstanding experiences with AT&T's customer service. Last week I upgraded one of my lines and as always the level customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting. I do see complaints posted on this forum but my experience has been that AT&T's customer service just keeps getting better and better.

i to have been with at&t since 2009, and have never had anything but the best customer service. They have always done whatever they could to solve my problems...
