I don't ever write reviews on anything but I just had to share the experience I had on the phone with representative JASON [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]. I added another line onto my account at the AT&T store but didn't have them switch the phone numbers because I didn't know the iphone 4s and iphone 5 had different size sim cards. I called customer service and they told me they were unable to help me and told me I had to go into an AT&T store to have the number switched on the phones. It would've been such a hassle so I decided to go online and chat with another representative and they told me the same thing.. I was also told to go back into the store to have this done. I didn't listen so I tried the chat again and I was connected with JASON. He took his time and helped me switched the numbers over the chat conversation, even though it took a long time as he told me it would.... I'm very glad he didn't tell me that I had to go to the store to swap the numbers. I just really appreciated his time!
