Today, I received awesome customer service support from Les (agent # LH379W) and Jamie (agent # JH6469)! I called in via my cell phone. It was so refreshing to speak with reps who were patient, well-spoken, courteous, and helpful. Moreover, they were easy to hear as there was no background noise. It is frustrating to speak with a rep only to hear phones ringing and other people talking in the background, making it hard to decipher technical info/details.
Les and Jamie both have great phone voices and never showed that they were irritated by all my questions. Also they explained everything very clearly while also making positive and helpful changes to my account. (I tried to upgrade online and couldn't get my upgrade backdated. Les, being in Sales, was unable to look into this issue, but quickly transferred me to Jamie. Jamie was able to make sure I got the backdate) I hope their superiors are notified of these great employees.
AT&T has definitely improved their over-the-phone customer service wireless support! It makes me happy to be an AT&T customer!

I just got off the phone with George from technical support and I must say I am very pleased. He was kind, helpful, and very patient, and he solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased, I told my sister about him (she also has the same phone problem) and my friend. Very satisfied
