Excellent Customer service Once Again

Back on New Years Eve, my bill posted to my account and it was nearly $281, $200 more than it should have been. I called and got a very helpful Woman who was told bu management that the problem was up to her to take care of. She did, removed the $200 in charges and I had no bill due for January and still have $136 in credit on my account so I will not have a bill this month and a small charge left for next month.
The credit may have an accident on her part but then again, maybe not!
I had two lines total and ported one over to Verzion and will be keeping the other on AT&T. I've never had any issues and have been with them since the original iPhone and will continue until there is no more iPhone.

I wouldn't say there are only a few because people normally don't post a message when they have had a good CS experience. People tend to come here because they have a problem, same with any support forums.

As an update:
My upgrade date was March 8, 2012. I just checked and I am now eligible and will be getting an iPhone 4S. Thanks AT&T!
