If you have problems with service they will tell you to read the contract and that they do not have to provide you with any service, only possible service.
Don't say you haven't been warned.
AT&T is a business model that sells equipment to lock you into a contract, but the service is subjective.
I pay $190 per month for nothing. They then send out M-cell that use my internet broadband to connect calls and say that is them serviing me. Really, they believe that.
Once locked in their have you and don't care about doing what is right. That lack integrity and honor.
VERY UNHAPPY AND ANGRY!!!!!!!

That really sucks. The cheapest way out would be to cancel and pay the ETF. If you have a good phone, you might be able to sell it on Craigslist and at least take some of the sting out. I really hope you can work something out.

Even if I pay the ETF is over $500.00 on three phone with the value of the phones being $220.00. But that will probably be what I do.
Just want others to beware!

Read any wireless provider's contract - they all say that. It is not possible to provide perfect service all the time in every location. If the service is bad once you get the phone, you have 30 days to return with no penalty.

Service was good up until about 6 months ago. I am not asking for perfect service, just some service would be nice.
I guess you don't have any problems with yours, so no need to worry. But what happens if you pay each month and no service.

They have other bad tactics as well. They say they have a 30 day grace period but you don't get a bill or any sort of contract till after the 30 days so you don't even know what you are locked into. We had a rep lie to us top to bottom and at the end of the day they have asked "did you get any thing in writing"? This floors me, feel like its a court case of some sort that I wasn't ready for or some thing.
Hands down the worst mistake I have made in a few years was thinking of trying to save a few bucks and switching g to ATT. At the end of the day we have worse service and are actually paying more then what we where before the switch.
Try to get the mod Jam to answer any real questions. She wont do a single thing but transfer you to some one else who wont help you.

So you have had 7 months of bad service? AT&T not resolving the issue is totally unacceptable. Is the Microcell working at home? Did they explain why you need to use 2 Microcells?

I did ask and the nice agent at the AT&T store assured me that I would be pleased with the service. They also showed me a map, that I know believe to be wrong with coverage in my area.
I could care less who I have a plan with I just need service! To hide behind a contract and say they are not required to provide service is lacking ethics and integrity. See my post on AT&T code of ethic, they do not live what they write.

I hear you. You did what anyone ekse would do. Youd expect the att employee is telling the truth and is honest about coverage when they check the map and network for you before making the sale. Unfortunately, some are out to make that commission. And I agree, as long as you got coverage, the carrier doesnt matter.

Gotta get this back to the top of the list so people will not be scammed like me.
BEWARE!
Dropped two calls at lunch in a supposedly good coverage area. I wonder where that would be? Really.

Once again, I'm surprised at how unconfident you are in others' work. At least she "tries" to help, searching through every last one of these threads when time is available. I think your quoted statement, in reality; is an understatement.

Everything? Lets start with anything. Any one can do her job,
Step one, pick a thread
Step two, insure them they will be transferred to the correct department
Rinse and repeat
If she is here to help, give her some authority to do anything helpful. To respond to every thread with a let me transfer you attitude doesn't help a single person accept the guy who has his name spelt wrong or something.
