does AT&T even care, I've fought with them for over a month to get a correct billing, I had to port my number two Verizon in order to get billing back.
this is the only way to get billing mailed back to you. now they claim I have no history with them. I've always pay my bills. but AT&T once it ignores, the reason I canceled the account was I had a stroke in January 2012, we asked for paper billing, so that family could take care of the bills while I was in ICU. AT&T refused to do it, they claim they did not have the option to do it at that time,.. finally we get a bill in August.
Y because I left them, then they entice speed to come back. so we had to port the number back to the. then they enticed me into a new program where I could have an additional phone for $10. I could not do this because where I live now, they would not allow me to get an area code at my new address while I'm recovering unless I drop all other lines, they finally said if I get a business account that allow me to get a Second Line. so we had to go through series of steps to get our FEIN number. and they were kind enough to send me a new phone, but I had to go to the AT&T store to get a Sim card. which we did only to be belittled by the AT&T employees,. the AT&T employee claimed he worked for them for six years and never have seen a system set up like. so then he called customer service gave them all my information while on a speakerphone, while everybody else could hear exactly what he was saying, don't worry I been here long enough is what he said, am I supposed be happy about him just saying everything about my account with AT&T over a speakerphone at a store where anybody can be listening. this Me upset, I finally told him to cancel the second line that they were attempting to activate and he told me that they cannot because it was all set up wrong, the presence office set everything up, and when I called they were on vacation for the next five days.
this is all AT&T treats people, even their employees be little other employees by placing them on a speakerphone, in a store, where everybody can hear what's going on, I guess if I give AT&T any information, it's broadcasted,
we've tried talking to AT&T after I left the store, they wanted me to open the back of the phone given the EMI number while driving, I asked the operator are you sure you want me to do this while driving, his responses just put on speakerphone and look at the phone while you're driving, this is a correct procedure for AT&T, to endanger people
again is their customer service that have common sense at AT&T
does AT&T care about people
or should people drive their car while on the phone with AT&T, then asked to look at the phone while driving, and read off any of my number, it's okay you're on speakerphone.
it's okay that I drove 40 miles to an AT&T store to get belittled, with an employee that's been with AT&T for eight sorry six years.
again does AT&T care about customers?
