I called AT&T Saturday night (the 12th) and signed up for a family plan and ordered two phones. When I put my order number in to try to check the status it says it was not found. I called and spoke to a representive who said that everything looked good and that it generally takes 3 to 5 days to process. My main question is this, would they have already told me if I needed to pay a deposit? I paid the discounted price for the phones which has already cleared my bank and they told me what my first bill would be. I know that my credit isn't good but I've had AT&T Uverse and internet for a little over a year and have never been late on a payment. I'm just worried that it's taking so long to process because they are going to come back and tell me that I need to pay a deposit.
