How come at&t continues to request that we do all our wireless services online on wifi rather than data when they continue to charge data usage while wifi is being used anyway. No one has been able to give me a clear answer on the issue. Its bad enough that the services they offer isn't suffice to the charges for using them.

Not sure why you think that they still charge for data when you have a active wifi connection - if you glitch on the wifi, it goes down or the phone goes to sleep it will automagicly switch to data usage, but if you are actively using the phone with a wifi connection you will not be charged data usage. How exactly do you know that you are being chraged for data when you are actively connected to a wifi?
