I recently moved to another city because of my job. Ever since ive moved here I haven't had service, when I do get service, I get dropped calls, its all around the city, not just my house. its been going on for a 9 months. I called ATT and tried everything, they said it was my phone because its an older model. so i trusted them and added another line. now both phones do that, I called to cancel my service but they want to charge me a cancellation fee. its not my fault their service sucks here. I have no choice but to drop them, I can't even make emergency calls when the phone has no bars. Its pretty scary sometimes. What can I do, I already put in a complain to the FCC

If possible, I would try to return the add a line within your 14day return period.
Also check the coverage viewer http://www.wireless.att.com/coverageviewer/
it's almost impossible to get the Cancellation Fees waived...
