I tried to verify some rate plans and to see if I could get some help with existing SIM card error.
When I entered the store it felt like I was being profiled as they took many minutes at the computer. Note sure if they were looking at my account or not, but it sure felt like I was being looked at.
I finally got waited on and they asked me if what I needed help on, so I proceeded to tell them about coming in to inquiry about changing rate plans.
They asked for my code and I asked what code? I didn't know I had to give them a code on my account, but proceeded to tell them my online password. That didn't work and they couldn't get in my account with the code.
I left after 10 minutes just waiting and then they told me that my wife's name has the account. I told them that was impossible that her name was not even on the account, both phones in my name.
They answered that sometimes people use spouse name to get better credit to open up an account. That was so rude and I couldn't believe what they told me.
When left and called to ATT and they told me that the above should have not been the case. They also confirmed that my account only contained my name.
Really got a bad experience with the customer service in the store. I hope they don't treat all customers bad and feeling like they just got mistreated.

Thats a nasty experience to say the least. How many ATT stores are there in your city? One thing for sure i'd never give THAT location my business anymore . was it an authorized or an affiliated store.?

You also need to get online on your OLAM and change your password. They had no need for your acct password.
