Before we went on an international trip, we contacted customer service for instructions on how to send text messages to each other without incurring international roaming charges. We were told by the technician to go into "Manage Connections" and simply click the "All Off" button. Upon arrival at our destination we were unable to send text, so we had to turn on the mobile network connection. When we returned home we had a bill of over $300. After checking with Customer Service, the technician told us we should have turned off "Roaming" on both phones which was NOT the original information we were given. We then asked to speak to her supervisor.
We then talked to Felice. We wish to compliment her great attitude, patience and understanding of our situation, and working diligently to resolve our issues. She was gracious and determined to make sure we were satisfied customers. She deserves recognition and credit for her dedication to her job; she is a Credit to AT&T and the best customer service we have ever received.
Felice deserves special recognition and the EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH AWARD!

That's great to hear! You can send a Private Message to Jamileh..about your CC experience with Felice...hopefully she'll get the credit she so deserves.
