I upgraded my son's phone....It should be here tomorrow ....it is the same phone as he currently has/had....amazingly he lost his old one yesterday. Will he get a new sim card with the new phone or will I have to get a new one for his new phone? Kids....

Thanks anyone who can help.

Most likely no. But there are some instances where they do send one in the package, if not, go to an At&T store and see if they could give you one.

Not sure if there are deliveries on the Federal Holiday (Veterans Day). In the mean time I would either go into your online account manager and suspend service on his line or call customer service and have them do it. That way nobody can use his lost phone and rack up a lot of charges on your account. Then you can reactivate the line when you get a new SIM card.

Thanks for the responses. I have suspended service on that phone. Will wait and see if they come today.
