I was using family plan with my friends. I was using smartphone plan. My friend and I was staying at another country and she finally noticed that at&t canceled our account because the payment was delayed. They also said if we dont pay the rest of charge, they will send it over to credit company. Even though I want pay the rest of payment, i cant access my account online and i dont even have ways to contact with at&t customer services via email or chatting. How should I do? all i want is to know how come they charged me 200bucks and how can I pay for it? i just want to pay the money and i want to get a new plan of another company.
