UnifyMedia $63 dollars added to bill?

I received my cell bill this month, and had $63 extra dollars on there!  It was under "Communications Purchases and Downloads Detail"

Description:   UNIFYMEDI:76001#7697
Merchant Name: Mblox
Merchant Contact: 1-800-331-0500  (ATT Customer Care # ??? )

What on earth would charge me $10.00 every time this number or program is used? 
I had this problem a couple of months ago and called customer care, but they did not tell me what this was, they got rid of it, and now it's back.

This time when you call customer service have them place a purchase vlocker on your lines.  This will prevent any charges to your line(s).

How do I block Mobile Purchase Subscription purchases?

AT&T offers Parental Controls at no additional cost.  This can be setup from your wireless phone/device by following these simple steps:

1. Log onto MEdia Net from your child's device.  For instructions on how to access MEdia Net, visit our Support page and select Tutorials for your device under Phone/Device Support.
2. Go to My Account on the MEdia Net menu
3. Select Parental Controls
4. Select Purchase Blocker

You may also contact AT&T Customer Service at 1-800-331-0500 to add Parental Controls.

I will definitely do that when i call.
I have the internet completely blocked on all of the lines on my plan...so I just don't see how this "UnifyMedi" is charging me.
