if you are an authority working at AT&T i really need to talk to you ASAP im frustrated as noone at customer care is helping me out.
if you know someone who is please refer me to them .

how far away from an AT&T store are you? You might be able to relay your issue with them and they MIGHT be able to call billing for you.
We are customers here just like you. I your billing problem pretty difficult? Is that why you are having problems with customer service?
