1) I was wondering, if I receive a call on my mobile device from a caller in Canada and I do not answer but it goes to voice mail (and they leave a voice mail), will this show up on my bill ?
2) And if so, is there any way I can make it so that the call does not show as an incoming call on my bill?
3) If I block the Canadian number, will it show up on my bill as an incoming call?

As I understand it.. If someone from overseas call's you.. Your not charged anything (your in the US and there calling you) If you have someone blocked the call will not show up.

Will Canadian numbers show up on my bill though if I do not answer and they leave a voice mail?
Trying to figure out why canadian numbers are not showing on my bill as incoming calls when I have not answered them....

And no, you are not charged if someone from overseas or Canada, Mexico call you. It is on their dime for the extra charges, not you. Now of course, if they are calling through VoIP, and have free oversees calling, or use technics to not get charged to call someone in the U.S., they would not incur any charges.

Stimpy: So what'll happen?
Ren: That's just it. We don't know. Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?"
