I started the ToBR process on 1/14, and accepted the same day. The furthest I progressed was accepting the credit check being performed (and it was, I have a credit monitoring service that informed me the credit check went through).
I'm just curious as to when I'll be able to continue the process? Any attempt to continue brings me back to the screen where I must accept a credit check being performed. I've not received any correspondence from AT&T other than the email about accepting the ToBR.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
Joshua
