I've bought Iphone 4 month ago and return it 3 week later. I didn't have credit score at that moment so I paid 500$ deposit. Att applied termination fee by mistake and return me only small portion of deposit. I've called them and visited their office with refund check. they agreed that it was their fault and opened the case. A month later I call them and they said that no case was open and they will open it again and calle me back in 2 week. They didn't call... I think they just ignore the situation. I do not know how should I behave in such disregards my obvious rights.

Thanks for information. But as I said it was 4 month ago, I was bought it on June 2012 and returned it on 06/30/2012, so hopfully it do not apply to me. And as I said some managers confirmed that it was Att mistake 2 on August in office where I bought phoneю In spite of this I still wait for my deposit refund.
