I have the same overbilling issue with ATT. I think someone in their Investor Relations Department should look into these FAN Discounts being promissed to customers, just so that they get removed later. Over 20 hours of phone calls to Customer Service, Billing Department, speaking with multiple managers in the Corporate Store on the 34th Street in Manhattan where they do send the fax with my Employee ID and say, it will take 2 - 3 billing cycles. Then of course time and time again the bill comes and it is wrong. The same isssue is being reported by multiple customers and noone cares to rectify the issue with FAN account being applied and then removed on the back end, so that ATT can post Profits like today and use Dummies like us (yes this is what I was called today by a supervisor). I have gone to this corporate store several times since last year, but every time the proper FAN disount code just gets removed by ATT. E-mails sent, e-mail confirmations received about my corporate discount, just to see next month that "Oh, well, here we go again". I wish I would have signed up with Sprint or Verizon, as I never had a problem with them in the past. I think this is a way for ATT to forse customers who are on the unlimited plan to fork more money or pay more by them removing the discount they promissed you when they GOTCHA for the 2 year contract under false promise of a Corporate or Student Discount. Online verification system just keeps getting error messages and they keep sending you to the store. When you ask to speak with someone in ATT Investor Relations, they just say that they have already helped you and they hang up the phone in the Discount Verification Department. They also say that they do not have the company name on your ID, or they never received this informaiton and you have to reapply. Meanwhile the time goest on and YOU, as an ATT CUSTOMER with be PAYING the DIFFERENCE. $500 plus, for us "Too Little of a Fish To FRY to Speak with my Supervisor.
Maybe Cramer from Mad Money could put them on his Wall of Shame...

{Inappropriate content removed} Only way it gets removed is if you relocate, do a change of ownership, a transfer of billing responsibility, or you tell them you no longer work for your current employer. A lot times honestly the rep that promised they would take care of it never did. Call this number and they will take care of you.
