RESOLUTION
It has been 4 days since visiting my local ATT store and shared my concern over my disappearing shared minutes. I was indeed correct discovering my 2nd line's minutes were not being coded correctly. Everything was coded "shared" minutes instead of being coded for free mobile to mobile, free weekends, and free after 9:00 PM. I was extremely fortunate to get a super rep that knew exactly what to do. Now I have everything in order once again, including a good cache of rollover minutes (the miscoded shared minues.....over 400 of them). My advice for anyone having billing problem is: Call customer service ASAP on week days. However, if you notice a problem on the weekend, go to your local ATT store. I can only hope you get a great rep like I did.![]()
