I came to know that I had apparently subscribed to ATT Navigator and OZ mail services on my phone when $5 was billed to my account last night. Another $10 bill is due tomorrow! I did not subscribe to them but have been billed definitely! On trying to cancel the subscription online, an error message appears, saying there is some failure. When I call up the ohone nnumbers mentioned, I am told that since my connection is a GoPhone, they cannot help me. I am directed to the GoPhone numbers, where an automated voice greets me and gives me no options where I can go and cancel my subscriptions! What can I do about it short of terminating the service and switching to a new number? Please help!

How do I view and manage my AT&T Mobile Purchases?
To view mobile purchases, cancel a subscription, or submit a mobile purchase dispute, please visit Manage My Mobile Purchases.
Primary account holders can limit or block AT&T Mobile Purchases on their accounts.
- AT&T offers Purchase Blocker free of charge. It allows you to block mobile purchases on your account. To activate, use AT&T Wireless Support Chat.
These two blocking options only apply for mobile purchases placed on your AT&T bill and do not restrict content purchased using credit cards from storefronts such as iTunes and Google Play.
