Cortana W8.1 Update Crashing Phone

Same here on my 1520. I'm an IT pro and its driving me nuts. Just clicking on the calander can cause the phone to reboot. I'd say the phone locks up 1 to 2 times every 1 to 2 days. They have to get it patched soon or I'm going to make a lot of noise.

Hi guys, try a soft reset by holding your power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't help, you might have to back up your data and perform a master reset.

A soft reset on Lumia phone requies the Down Volume Button and the Power Button simultaneously.

Thanks for adding that, I have a Lumia 1520 and I just tried holding down a power button by itself for 10 seconds and it reset too.
